Hi guys, how are you doing? I haven’t been blogging for a
long time and hopefully, I’ll get to have all the motivation I need to write
again. J
Anyway, what I have today is a first impression review on a
pair of specs that I got from Firmoo. Well, Firmoo (www.firmoo.com) is an online optical shop that
sells both non prescription and prescription eyewear. They are also based in
the US.
Honestly, I was quite surprised when they contacted me
and told me that they will send me a pair of glasses. They told me that I just have to choose one on
their website, place the order and create a review on my youtube channel. I’m
happy because I am just a small time blogger and vlogger, yet they chose me as
one of those who can try on their products. Though, I’m not paid nor this is a
sponsored post. J
I see that the shipment is within 2 weeks and they do ship
internationally. I placed my order last 13th of August and it came
in the mail last 23rd. It took only 10 days for them to deliver the

It’s full framed and medium. It took me a while to choose
from the designs on their website. I swear they’ve got quite a lot of cute
stuff in there. I am also mesmerized by their sunnies. And since I wanna try to
be somehow different from the others, I chose this design with a clip on
shades. It’s a two in one and when you feel like you need to protect your eyes
from the rays of the sun, just clip on the shades. How cool is that?
Actually, I really wanted to wear shades ever since, but it
was hard for me since I have a poor eyesight. Though I can, but only when I
have my contacts on and it is a hassle for me.
By the way, all of my glasses are graded. I am near sighted
and my prescription is -400. But I tend to wear glasses that is not exactly of
my grade because I feel a little bit dizzy even though everything is clear, but
my bad because I encoded -300 only when I placed the order which is supposed to
be -350 or -375. LOL , but it’s okay it’s still somehow clear on closer
distance.
When you order, just input your prescription that was surely
checked by your ophthalmologists as well as your pupillary distance on their
website, so it can match your eyes well. You can also measure the length of
your old frames so you wouldn’t have to worry of it being too small or too big
on you.
Another cool thing that I saw as well on their site is that
you can upload your photo on the side to see if the frame suits you. For me
that’s quite amazing.
The parcel that they sent me includes a case which is my
fave. They also provided me a sleeve, tiny screws and a cute mini screwdriver
that you can also use as a wallet or bag chain. Isn’t it very handy? Let’s not
forget the cleaning cloth which is a must whenever we buy glasses.
Overall, I had a great experience with Firmoo. It’s very
easy, you just have to order it and then viola.
I will just have to test the durability of the specs.
